B Learning Objectives: b Effective chest compressions for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) are commonly associated with sternum and rib fractures. Herein, we present a case of chest compression induced liver injury requiring hepatic artery embolization for persistent hemorrhagic shock after return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC).
