Chapter 8: Conclusion.

A conclusion to the report with regard to the adoption of digital badges or micro-credentials in education, is presented. Topics discussed include the implementation of digital badges to have been slow, considerations with regard to their design and collaborations and partnerships pursued for the establishment of digital badge-based educational programs. Topics including deployment, sustainability and assessment of digital badges are also discussed.
