Abstract

The article focuses on the use of isavuconazole, which has drug-drug interactions in comparison to azole antifungals for invasive fungal disease in patients under the drug administration of Ibrutinib. It discusses the importance of B-cell-receptor (BCR) signaling pathway in the context of cancer-cell survival and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL).
