Abstract
- The intensive use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the tourism sector, especially due to the massive expansion of Internet services, has influenced the development of a new concept of tourism business that can be called electronic tourism (e-tourism). The tourism sector has, under the influence of ICT, significantly transformed towards the development of new e-tourism business models. Also, the use of ICT in tourism business affects the emergence of new electronic markets of tourism services.According to the type of participants in business transactions on the tourism electronic markets there are Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Customer(B2C) and Customer-to- Customer (C2C)and Customer-to-Business (C2B) models of tourism business.
