STATISTICAL EPI-CONVERGENCE IN SEQUENCES OF FUNCTIONS.

In this paper, statistical epi-limit is defined by using epigraphs in order to increase sensitivity by eliminating outliers for mathematical problems. Various characterizations of statistical epi-convergence and their relations are given and it is compared with statistical convergence. Also, its connections with level sets and monotone increasing or decreasing cases are studied. Moreover, statistical equi-lower semicontinuity and its relation with statistical epilimit is examined.
