Abstract

Studies the regulation of PIN genes by brassinolide (BL). Use of BL to treat seven-day-old light-grown Arabidopsis brassinosteroid-deficient mutants grown in 1/2 Murashige and Skoog medium; Suggestion that BL selectively regulates the PIN gene in a complex manner; Decrease in the abundance of PIN4 and PIN7 transcripts.
