Abstract: The article focuses on lack of vice presidents (VP) and chief executive officers (CEO) in several organizations who foster supportive leader development environment work place safety. Topics discussed include how toxic leadership can create hostile workplace, connection between toxic leaders and destructive behaviors according to stressor-stress-strain model and ethical relativism offered by toxic leaders.
