Distance education has a significant rate of school dropout in Business Administration Bachelor's degree programs. One of the ways to reduce school dropout is through dialogic work and with affection by tutors. The following study shows students have difficulty to understand an initial discipline of computer science as well as some complaints from bachelor Business Administration long distance students. The objective of the following paper is to present an action research study that dialogically changes the way of working and it culminates in the elaboration of activities that insert students in the educational context and makes them actively participate in the discipline and the program. The methodology of action research is a type of social research aimed at solving institutional problems and involving people in a participatory manner. The authors used the forum and glossary tools.
