Abstract
- The article features Yvonne Coghill, chair of the Royal College of Nursing Institute (RCNi) Nurse Awards 2019. She discusses her aim to double the number of entries from, and nominations for, black and minority ethnic (BME) nurses. Also mentioned is her role as director of the workforce race equality standard (WRES) since its introduction by National Health Service (NHS) England in 2015.
