Abstract: The article offers information about the Taxus wallichiana var. mairei "Jinxishan" which was discovered from the mountain areas of Fujian Province in China in 1997. Topics mention including the dioecious evergreen tree, most widespread species of Taxus and evaluation of some traits and pigments of yellow arils of Jinxishan.
