Abstract

The article offers the author's account of her food adventure in Jamaica which include ackee and saltfish for breakfast with escovitch cabbage and fried dumpling, curried goat and snapper escovitch for dinner, and a whole fried fish with a scotch bonnet-forward escovitch over rice.
