This process will be revealed through the view on the traditional yakut national festival - Yisyiakh. Modern Yakuts have preserved the main elements of the celebration, but under the pressure of cultural globalization, we can trace the transformation of forms of celebration, clothing, jewelry, religious buildings, and places of celebration. Modern technologies have joined the ancient tradition because of this transformation. This article examines Yisyiakh festival in Suntarskiy and Verchneviluysk districts.
