基于过程网络的实验室建设项目管理探究.

There are some problems such as separation of process and management, overlook of global relations and laboratory resources, in laboratory construction project management using process management methods. This paper puts forward the process network consisting of business process and management process in first. Then a decision-making method of management process aided by quality standards and collaborative experiment data is introduced. After discussing the five objectives of university laboratory construction project process management, the paper focuses on the steps of application project by process network. At last, the practice of application project based on Java open source techniques shows that execution effect and efficiency of the laboratory construction project management can be improved.
