Abstract

【Objective】In this paper, the rice varieties resistance to southern rice black-streaked dwarf disease(SRBSDV) were evaluated. 【Method】Taking the way of induced in field, the resistance of 343 main rice cultivars were evaluated to southern rice black-streaked dwarf disease in Xing’an Guangxi Province. 【Result】First, rice varieties were evaluated by one-row plot experiment and the resulted showed that the infected plant rate by SRBSDV was low 5.00 %, the number of rice varieties was 291, 84.84 % of the total rice varieties; including conventional indica rice varieties and indica hybrid rice varieties were 259, Japonica conventional rice varieties were 32; early rice varieties were 100, and the rest for middle-later rice varieties. Chosen rice varieties with the different resistance to SRBSDV, evaluated the resistance by the plot experiment for two years. The results indicated that 7 cultivars were resistant, including Cliangyou4418, Yexiangyou688, Yexiangyou3 hao, Qianliangyou58, Zhongzheyou8 hao, Zhongzheyou1 hao and Zhongzheyou10 hao. 【Conclusion】The SRBSDV resistance resources identified in this study not only will guide the development of resistant varieties and help the prediction of damage caused by SRBSDV, but also will provide the useful tools and materials for the identification of SRBSDV resistance gene(s) and development of SRBSDV resistance varieties.
