Abstract
- The article provides information on the diagnosis and treatment of aplastic anemia. Damage to the bone marrow mostly takes place as a result of chemotherapy or radiation therapy. It has been observed that genetic lesions reduce the capacity for hematopoietic stem cells to repair any damage experienced by DNA.
