Abstract
- Focuses on performances by pianist Eddie Palmieri and tenor saxophonist David Sanchez at the Le Jazz Au Bar club in New York City in February 2004. Playing of compositions by Palmieri; Steinway piano used by Palmieri; Sanchez's use of Palmieri's lyric inventions as a launching pad to create a series of spontaneous rearrangements and reharmonizations.
