Abstract
- The article focuses on scholars have studied U.S.-Mexican relations during World War II do so with a broader scope, analyzing high-level U.S.- Latin America relations during World War II. It mentions U.S. Civil War, Reconstruction, and the Civil Rights Movement within the framework of improving U.S.-Mexican relations. It also mentions continuation of economic assistance and programs such as the Inter-American Highway linking markets and providing means of transferring troops and supplies.
