Abstract

In order to satisfy the diversified control requirements, improve the controllability of modern power systems and accommodate solar and wind sources with stochastic output power. The response analysis has been conducted for the centralized control and operation cockpit based on fuzzy control algorithm for the operation smart system (OS2) proposed by power grid. In particular, the KPI information is select as the key input of the fuzzy control system. Meanwhile, the commands are determined by using the fuzzy logic to perform the actual control on the power system. At the same time, apart from achieving the aforementioned requirements, feedback control schemes are involved to correct the determination in real-time so that the performance of the control system can be guaranteed and the high accuracy objective can be fulfilled. Simulation results verify the proposed control diagram based fuzzy control logic. It can be clearly seen from the theoretical analysis and simulation results that the centralized control and operation cockpit based on fuzzy control can make significant improvements in system response.
