ANÁLISE ECONÔMICA DA APLICAÇÃO DE GLIFOSATO E MANGANÊS (Mn) NA PRODUÇÃO DE SOJA [GLYCINE MAX L. MERRILL].

Glyphosate (N-[phosphonomethyl] glycine) is one of the most used herbicides in the cultivation of genetically modified crop systems, especially for the soybean crop. Its effect, as well as the usage of manganese on the productivity becomes relevant also considering its costs and returns. The study was performed to evaluate economically the dose and time effect of manganese and glyphosate application in post-emergence productivity of transgenic soybeans. The experiments were conducted at the Teaching and Research Farm, UNESP/Ilha Solteira-SP, located in Selvíria-MS with the transgenic soybean BRS Valuable RR variety. The experimental designing used was a randomized complete block design with four repetitions from the combination of two doses of glyphosate (720 and 1440 g i.a. ha-1) for two stages V3 and V7 and a dose of manganese (350 g ha-1) stage V5. The greater productivity (2.999 kg ha-1) was obtained when using 1440 g i.a.ha-1 of glyphosate in stages and V3 0 g ha-1 of Mn achieving a margin of gross gain R$ 272,99.ha-1 when compared to the treatment.
