Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 19-year-old female patient presented to the hospital with productive cough and shortness of breath. Topics discussed include the initial heart rate and blood pressure measurement of the patient; the diagnosis of hypogammaglobulinemia and natural killer cell deficiency in the patient; the renal biopsy performed on the patient, which revealed an acute kidney injury.
