Abstract
- The article reports that a Mesoarchean tonalitic gneiss was found in Northern Liaoning Province, China. According to the author, the tonalitic gneiss is considered to be an ancient lithotectonic element on the bases of zircons isotopic dating. The author suggests that other ancient rocks can be discovered with the outcrops and drill holes in the North China Craton.
