AS EXIGÊNCIAS DO MERCADO DE TRABALHO EM RELAÇÃO AO PROFISSIONAL DA ÁREA CONTÁBIL: UM ESTUDO COM BASE EM ANÚNCIOS DE EMPREGOS ON-LINE.

The present research proposes to identify the labor market requirements in relation to the hiring of the accounting professional, based on ads for online jobs in the State of São Paulo, through the site Manager.com. Two hundred and seventy two job openings were surveyed in the period from January to August 2017. The results showed that most of the vacancies are aimed at micro-enterprises and small businesses, a requirement was observed by professionals with higher education in accounting sciences, but only 54.57% of all vacancies require registration with the CFC. The most requested knowledge was in the fiscal area and in general accounting, the segments that most offered positions were human resources and accounting / auditing. It's concluded that the market requires the accounting professional to have technical skills related to the fiscal area, this result can be justified by the fact that 67.64% of jobs are allocated to micro and small enterprises.
