- The article offers information on the forecast of El Nino increasing hopes of growing wheat in the U.S. Topics discussed include winter wheat production forecast in Texas and Oklahoma; views of extension agronomist Calvin Trostle on the soil moisture in the winter; and leaving stubble from the previous crop and a grower's approach to tillage.
