ETİK KODLARA İLİŞKİN OKUL YÖNETİCİLERİNİN GÖRÜŞLERİ VE ETİK KOD ÖNERİLERİ.

This study aims to determine school administrators' opinions on the necessity of codes of ethics in schools. The study group of the research consists of 39 school administrators doing a master's degree at Fırat University, Institute of Educational Sciences, the Department of Management, Inspection and Planning of Education. For this study, phenomenological research design that is one of qualitative methods was used. Two open-ended questions prepared to obtain the data were asked to school administrators. In order to analyse the obtained data, the content-analysis method that is used for analysis of qualitative researches was applied and the expressions were grouped and hence the themes were created. In each theme, draws attention to the teachers' opinions are given direct quotations. According to the results obtained from the school administrators' opinions, it was concluded that codes of ethics are required in schools for adopting the ethical conducts and values, creating the ethical school culture, achieving the goals for the success of schools, guiding and taking decision under the framework of codes of ethics, forming ethical school atmosphere and ensuring agreement and organizational communication.
