Abstract
- The article discusses the reply of the author on the response to his article demonstrating melanoma differentiation associated gene-9 (MDA-9)/ Syntenin (syndecan binding protein) regulates protective autophagy in glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs) through two cascades. It includes study of mitophagy by observing mitochondria in the autophagosomes/autolysosomes with transmission electron microscopy and fluorescent double-staining in live cells.
