Abstract

The article focuses on human phenotypic data and its uses in animal studies, drug research, and medical research. It comments on how mouse models can fail to properly predict the human condition and considers how using large human cohorts in deep genotypic and phenotypic evaluation. It considers the creation of algorithms to forecast rare adverse drug effects and subgroups that favorably respond to specific medicines. It talks about drug approval and examining drugs for unanticipated efficacies.
