Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 15-year old girl with daily palpitations with trachycardia onset by the atrial ectopic beat. It discusses the ventriculoatrial (VA) relation, orthodromic atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT), the results of an electrophysiological study and baseline intervals.
