Abstract

The article reports on branding a government and a city in the U.S. It mentions that a clear definition of a metropolis can lead to economic development, effective communication and community agreement. An overview of the perspective of consultancy Slate Communications chief executive officer (CEO) Kim Newcomer on enhancing the understanding of residents on city services through consistent messaging is also presented.
