In this chapter Jorge Manzano relates two of Henri Bergson's most important works: L'évolution créatrice and Les deux sources, taking a deep look at the life moments described in the former (divine action, appearance in the life flow and matter, and finally, intellectualization and spatialization). Manzano analyzes how in the second work Bergson, drawing on the testimony of mystics, returns to his first outline and affirms the existence of God while explaining that God's free creation is an act of love expressed in the life flow.
