实验室建设论证方法研究.

In order to promote the ability of scientific research as well as test and verification, the number of laboratories which rely on universities, research institutes and inspection and testing enterprises and institutions is increasing. However, due to the lack of the demonstration theory and methods, the demonstration of laboratory construction is not sufficient. Besides, the phenomena of blindly launching and repeated construction are gradually emerging. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the laboratory construction and introduces the necessity and feasibility of demonstration contents and procedures. Furthermore, the various laboratory demonstration methods are emphatically summarized, such as analogical argumentation, brainstorming, technical economy, modeling simulation, SWOT analysis and comprehensive scoring.
