The article offers information on the genetically engineered (GE) GE OX513A Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Topics mentioned include the objective of GE in the reduction of vector- borne diseases transmission in humans, the effects of GE to researchers, healthcare organizations, and public, and the proposal of the community advisory boards (CABs) on ways to promote community engagement in the discussion regarding GE mosquitoes.
