Abstract
- The state of the global environment has been and continues to be an important topic of discussion and debate for the past several decades. It has given rise to political action and has stirred emotion and intense debate. Presently there appears to be very little agreement among the international community as to what the important issues and solutions are. In this article, the author says that he shall adopt the conception of dialogue proposed by Michael H. Mitias which states that in order for dialogue about the environment to be meaningful and productive, one should proceed in his/her thinking universally.
