Abstract
- The article focuses on laws governing privacy rights of non-U.S. persons in signals intelligence in the U.S. Topics discussed include Fourth Amendment to U.S. Constitution and statutory protections focused on U.S. persons; an account of Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights made for the same; and enactment of Communications Act of 1934 for governing privacy rights in the country.
