KAMU VE ÖZEL SEKTÖR TURİZM PAYDAŞLARININ DESTİNASYON YÖNETİMİNE BAKIŞ AÇISI: ERZURUM ÖRNEĞİ.

In Turkey, destinations are managed under a single national roof. Stakeholders, who play an active role in the development of destinations considerations about this issue will help develop destination management strategies. In this study, it was aimed to examine in depth the opinions of the tourism sector stakeholders in Erzurum province regarding the destination management organization and to make suggestions about how to follow the strategy. The stakeholders were divided into public sector and private sector, and tried to find points where the similarities or similarities were not observed. A standardized open-ended interview technique, which is a qualitative method in the research, was adopted and a total of 45 face-to-face interviews were conducted.
