Abstract

The objective of the following article is to approach studies in Organizational Behavior towards education, aiming to identify possibilities of school management practice that positively impact teaching common problems, such as low motivation and high stress. Thus, there was a review of the literature on the subject establishing the connection motivational and learning theories. It is concluded that the theories addressed are complementary and have a potential contribution to school management, if not taken separately. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
