Serum ferritin in the diagnosis of cardiac and liver iron overload in thalassaemia patients real‐world practice: a multicentre study.

The article examines accuracy of serum ferritin in the diagnosis of iron overload compared to use of magnetic resonance imaging in patients with thalassaemia. The patients wer referred for MRI examination for review of cardiac iron overload (CIO) and liver iron overload in various participating centers in Thailand.
