EVIDENCIAÇÃO DE INVESTIMENTOS EM CAPITAL HUMANO NOS RELATÓRIOS DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO DAS MELHORES EMPRESAS PARA TRABALHAR.

This study has the aims to characterize elements of human capital evidenced in the Management Report (RA) of the companies classified as the best to work, according to Balcão Brasil Stock Exchange (B3). Thereunto, it is characterized as a descriptive research with both qualitative and quantitative approach. For the data analysis, a categorical analysis was used, based on a documentary research, aiming at the Reports of the Administration of the companies. The results indicate the concern of the analyzed organizations, through the language and data exposed, is to legitimize their actions in relation to the society and to invest in actions directed to human capital, in order to maximize their value and reach their strategic-operational objectives.
