- The article discusses the Gimli, Manitoba government's decision not to legalize the sale of retail marijuana (or pot), including in regard to the proposed distribution of tax revenue from pot sales. An overview of the Gimli mayor Randy Woroniuk's perspective on banning retail marijuana is provided.
