Whittington Hospital and Fellowship of Postgraduate Medicine Conference Unit is conducting "MRCP Part II/Communication Skills and Ethics," a 2 day course at Whittington Hospital in London, England on May 21-22, 2001. This is a workshop based course for the new MRCP clinical examination and facilitators include communication skills specialists and MRCP examiners. 1st Asia Pacific Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care, a 3 day conference will be held in Sydney, New South Wales on September 19-21, 2001. The themes of the forum are: Improving patient safety, leadership for improvement, consumers driving change, building capacity for change, improving health systems and the evidence and scientific basis for quality improvement.
