Background suppression in confocal scanning fluorescence microscopy with superoscillations.

In this paper, we propose a simple, novel method to suppress background noise in confocal scanning fluorescence microscopy images with superoscillations. The proposed method retains high resolution, while completely removing superoscillation sidebands.
