Aportes al fortalecimiento de la aglomeración productiva local como estrategia de manejo del riesgo operativo en la industria de cuero, calzado y marroquinería en Bogotá.

The article shows the results of an analysis of the operational risks present in the leather, footwear and leather goods industry in the city of Bogotá. To do this, the experience of the Zasca CSE project is taken as a reference, which is considered relevant for this analysis, because this intervention allows the description of the interrelationships of the risks to which companies in the productive sector that make up the agglomeration Industrial located in the sector of the neighborhood the Restrepo. The methodological process employed had a qualitative approach of descriptive type, in which primary sources of information were used such as interviews with actors related to the project (coordinator, area leaders and small entrepreneurs), and secondary sources such as databases and institutional reports, from which a case was built specifically illustrating the proposed objective. As a final result, we obtained empirical evi-miendence of the situation of small enterprises in their real context and highlights the need and importance of articulation of joint efforts between small producers and institutional support as a strategy to face the Internal and external risks in order to improve the competitive position, the productivity and the use of resources.
