Abstract

The article presents an interview with Ken Carlson, grandson of American artist Arvi Ostrom, who was bequeathed with managing his collection of about 10,000 drawings, paintings and wooden sculptures. Among the issues he discussed include the struggles of managing the large art collection, his commitment to keeping his promise of taking care of the artworks, and how he feels about exhibiting part of the collection at the Redwing Cafe.
