Pluralism of values and choices in political, social, economical and mainly in ethical levels is a major issue which critically bring about the key question of conciliation or compromise. What is conciliation or compromise ? How can this key notion is used to solve the issue of the deficiency of ethical marks and the lack of unanimity on the moral ground in a Sub-Saharian Africa facing globalization ? Compromise is expedient whenever dialogue with moral, cultural, religious, social values and behaviours are needed, whenever intercourses between individual and community, tradition and modernity are required.
