MÁS NORMAS, MENOS SEGURIDAD: EL PROBLEMA DE LA SEGURIDAD JURÍDICA EN TODO PROCESO DE REFORMA.

The quality and quantity of laws is a common concern in many countries as changes of rules generate costs to the people. This article is the result of an investigation about the bad practices in legislating in the Peruvian Congress, such as overregulation and the use of general provisions to overturn laws.
