Abstract

The article looks at some important issues to consider when choosing the appropriate foods to grill for health reasons. Topics covered include health risks of consuming red meat, nine causes of death from a high intake of red meat according to a 2017 study, and recommendation by the American Heart Association to eat seafood at least twice a week for its cardiovascular benefits.
