Leer la colección Best Sellers de La Oveja Negra: una aproximación metodológica.

The following article presents a methodological proposal which allows to approach the study of the Best Sellers collection of the Colombian publishing house La Oveja Negra. This clarifies some categories and concepts that place the historical study of reading in a triangle that combines the text, the material form and the meanings that readers generate. The corpus of the study comprises 100 titles arranged in a series, of which, for all practical purposes, 8 were selected to delimit and propose a group of instruments that allow for progress in this research. This article is divided into various parts, in which an attempt is made to simultaneously reconstruct the context of appearance of the collection and the theoretical implications that the phenomenon demands.
