Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of retroperitoneal laparoscopy and ureteroscopic in-sixion and drainage of simple renal cyst by Meta analysis. Methods We retrieved the PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu databases and Chinese Biomdical Literature Database according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected and screened out a randomized controlled studies on die treatment of simple renal cysts from the database foundation to May 31,2017. The inclusion of literature was screened, Data extraction and quality evaluation. Rev Man 5.3 software was used to analyze the relevant data. Result Nine studies met the inclusion criteria with a total of 509 patients, including 253 patients (ureteroscopy group) of ureteroscopic insixion and drainage and 256 patients (laparoscopy group) of retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Compared with the control group, the results of Meta analysis showed that the postoperative pyrexia [odds ratio (OR) =0.56,95% confidence interval (95%CI) 0.24 to 1.29,P=0.18 J, after 1 years of follow-up the recurrence rate of renal cyst [OR=()Al, 95%CI 0.15 to 1.10, P=0.86], but the difference was not statistically significant. Operation tirnefmean difference (MD) =-25.63,95%CI -35.80 to -15.45,P<0.01],peroperative bleeding (A/Z)=-31.93,95%CI -51.69 to -12.16,P=0.02), postoperative hospitalization time (MD=- 1.87,95%CI -2.61 to - 1.13, P<0.01), the difference were statistically significant. Conclusion Compared to the retroperitoneal laparoscopy, ureteroscopic insixion and drainage showed shorter operation time, less bleeding, which is a safe and effective method for simple renal cysts treating.
