Abstract

The article presents a case of an 18-year-old woman who was admitted due to pain in her right shoulder region, insidious in onset with no inciting event or glaring trauma. She underwent magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of the right upper extremity and open exploration of her right infraclavicular brachial plexus. She was eventually diagnosed with malignant glomus tumor of the brachial plexus and was treated with molecularly targeted therapy.
