基于创新创业能力培育的“四位一体” 实践教学模式.

For local application-oriented institutions , the cultivation of students'innovative ability is the primary target at present. In the article, the author had an insight into the status quo of innovative ability training of college students of local application-oriented institutions by the questionnaire survey in the four aspects of the attitude towards entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation, understanding of entrepreneurship policy, the involvement of entrepreneurial activity. And then taking logistics management of Xian International University as an example, the paper proposed and constructed the Quatemity Practice Training mode of "classroom teaching, discipline competition, topic research and support policy " to improve college students'innovation ability. It may provide some feasible mechanism for local application-oriented institutions to train creative talents with excellent comprehensive quality, such as improving the policy management mechanism of the school, strengthening the strategic cooperation between the school and the government, and strengthening the construction of the double division teachers.
