César Rodríguez Chicharro was a poet-teacher man pertaining to the Young Hispanic-Mexican group of people arriving to Mexico as a consequence of the Spaniard Civil War. Afterwards, Rodríguez Chicharro devoted his life to Literature. Event though, he worked in several literary branches, Rodriguez Chicharro shaped up as a poet and essayist. Professionally, he dedicated his life to teaching and literary research, as well as a prominent bibliophile.
